Tune Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa and Lemon Aioli

Fish Tacos
(Original Meal)
• Salmon Filets (1 Filet per 2 seafood tacos)
• Salt/Pepper/Olive oil
• ¼ cup Mayo
• 2 tbsp. Lemon
• 1 tbsp. Milk
• ¼ head of Cabbage
• 1 Lemon cut into pieces
1. Ready salmon filets with olive-oil, salt-and-pepper.
2. Bake in 350 degree range for 15 minutes (I used a cooling rack together with a cookie sheet for quick cooking so my seafood was not soggy within my tacos)
3. Ready cabbage by cutting into small strips
4. To make the sauce combine mayo, lemon, milk, salt-and-pepper and allow remain whilst seafood is preparing so that the flavors can marry

Mango Salsa

• 1 mango, peeled and diced
• ½ cup peeled, diced cucumber
• 1 tablespoon finely sliced jalapeno
• 1/3 cup about sliced cilantro leaves
• salt-and-pepper
1. Combine the mango, cucumber, jalapeno, purple onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and blend well. Period with salt-and-pepper to taste.
